Episode 7: Evergreen ID and tea

Identifying the differences between spruce, pine and fir is fairly easy after you know some of the basics in identification. Then the episode take a bit of a left turn. I am joined with my friend Paul Ireland to sample some home made teas made from the needles of spruce, pine and fir. Is number 7 really lucky? See how Paul and I deal with fresh evergreen tea.
